This service may ask users for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, and driver's license number when they register for the service.
Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)
The purposes for collecting and using personal information in this service are as follows:
・For the provision and operation of this service
・To respond to inquiries from users (including identity verification)
・For necessary contact such as maintenance and important notices
・To identify users who violate terms of service or attempt to use the service for fraudulent or inappropriate purposes and to deny their use
・To allow users to view, change, delete their registration information, and view their usage status
・To charge users for paid services
・For purposes associated with the above purposes
Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use)
This service will change the purpose of using personal information only if it is reasonably recognized as being related to the original purpose. If the purpose of use is changed, the service will notify the user by the method specified by the service or announce it on this website.
Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
This service will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent in advance, except in the cases listed below and as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws:

Notwithstanding the above, the following cases are not considered third party provision:
1. When the service entrusts the handling of personal information within the necessary scope for achieving the purpose of use
2. When personal information is provided in connection with the succession of business due to merger or other reasons
3. When personal information is jointly used with specific parties, and the individual is notified in advance or made easily aware of the joint use, the items of personal information to be used jointly, the scope of the parties, the purpose of use of the parties, and the name or title of the party responsible for managing the personal information
Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

Notwithstanding the above, information other than personal information such as history information and characteristic information will not be disclosed in principle.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
Users can request the correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as 'correction, etc.') of their personal information held by the service if it is incorrect, following the procedures established by the service. If the service determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, it will make the correction, etc. without delay. The service will notify the user without delay when the correction, etc. is made, or if the decision is made not to make the correction, etc.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
The service will conduct necessary investigations without delay if requested by the individual to stop using or delete personal information because it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was acquired by improper means. Article 10 (Types of Information Collected and Purposes)
The service may collect the following information for the provision, operation, quality improvement, fraud prevention, and ad delivery of the service.
- Account information: user ID (UID), email address, display name, icon image
- Usage data: bowling scores, ball information, game history, shot records, tags, friend relationships, community participation information
- Device information: OS, OS version, app version, language settings, timezone
- Advertising identifiers: iOS IDFA, Android AAID (only when user consents)
- Analytics: screen transitions, feature usage, crash reports, error logs
- IP address and access logs (automatically recorded by Firebase and other infrastructure services)
Article 11 (Third-Party Services)
The service uses the following third-party services. Data provision to these services is handled in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
- Google (Firebase): for data storage, authentication, analytics, and push notifications
- Google AdMob: for ad delivery (however, as described later, ads are not delivered to users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland)
- Apple (Sign in with Apple): for authentication on iOS
- RevenueCat: for managing in-app purchases (subscriptions)
- Sentry: for collecting and analyzing crash and error logs
- Expo: for build and Over-the-Air (OTA) update distribution
Article 12 (Data Storage Location and International Transfers)
Data for the service is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase). Data centers are primarily located in the United States (asia-northeast1, us-central1, etc.), resulting in the transfer of personal data outside the EEA.
Google implements appropriate safeguards through Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 of the GDPR.

Article 13 (Data Retention Period)
Information registered or posted by users is retained while they use the service and, after discontinuation, for periods required by applicable laws.
- Account data: immediately deleted from Firestore and related subcollections when the user performs account deletion.
- Access logs: may be retained up to 400 days per Firebase (Stackdriver Logging) specifications.
- Crash reports: retained up to 90 days per Sentry specifications.
- Ad delivery logs: subject to Google AdMob specifications.
Article 14 (Rights of Users in EEA, UK and Switzerland)
Users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland have the following rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related laws. The service will respond to requests to exercise these rights without undue delay, in accordance with applicable laws.
- Right of access: the right to request disclosure of personal data held by the service
- Right to rectification: the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Right to erasure ("Right to be forgotten"): the right to request deletion of personal data via the in-app "delete account" feature or by contacting us
- Right to restrict processing: the right to request restriction of personal data processing under specific conditions
- Right to data portability: the right to receive personal data in a machine-readable format (currently handled via inquiry)
- Right to object: the right to object to the processing of personal data
- Right to lodge a complaint: the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence

Article 15 (Ad Delivery for EEA Users)
To simplify GDPR compliance, the service does not deliver AdMob advertisements to users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Instead, users in these regions see internal content operated by the service (such as promotion of our own apps).
Region detection is based on the device region setting. As a fallback for any detection misses, AdMob's Consent Management Platform (CMP) is also kept enabled.
In such cases, consent settings can be changed at any time from "Settings > System Settings > Privacy settings" within the app.
Article 16 (Age Restriction)
Within the EEA, the service is not intended for use by users under the age of 16. If such users use the service, they must do so with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Article 17 (Automated Decision-Making)
The service does not perform "automated individual decision-making, including profiling" within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. Personalization of advertisements is performed only with the explicit consent of the user.
Article 18 (Data Protection Officer (DPO))
The service is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) under Article 37 of the GDPR. However, inquiries regarding the handling of personal data are accepted at the contact below.
